Some guy from customer service was sooo rude l. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would expect more from the amount they are charging for their products. I recently tried to purchase an iPhone 13 through the online store. I tried my debit card about 5 times and it kept saying the payment failed. Nothing, expect they were able to charge both of our cards for the one phone. I checked and no email with no confirmation number.
I called several times the same day. I talked with someone rather helpful, or so I thought and said she found where it charged. She was then to push the charges through.
Two days later, I have received nothing and the two cards are still charged. I called and called again. I got transferred about 20 times and got cut off a couple of times
